How we repair your car
Every repair at Hingabe moves through the same seven stages — the same ones you'll see in our repair tracker. No mystery, no "we'll call you when it's done." You can see exactly where your car is at any time.
Checked in
Your car arrives at your confirmed appointment. We document its condition with photos, verify the damage you marked online, and open your repair order — the number you'll use to track everything.
Blueprint & parts
We disassemble as needed to find any hidden damage, finalize the repair plan with your insurer if there's a claim, and order every part before bodywork begins — so your car is never waiting on a fender mid-repair.
Body & frame
Structural and panel repair to factory specification. Frame pulls are laser-measured against OEM dimensions; panels are repaired or replaced according to the blueprint.
Paint & refinish
Computer-matched color applied in our downdraft booth: primer, basecoat, clearcoat, cure. This is the stage where the repair disappears.
Reassembly
Trim, lights, glass, and electronics go back on. Sensors and driver-assistance cameras (ADAS) are recalibrated so safety systems work exactly as the manufacturer intended.
Quality check
Panel gaps, paint finish, road test, and a final inspection against the repair order. If it wouldn't pass on our own cars, it doesn't pass.
Ready for pickup
We wash and detail the car, walk you through the completed work, and hand over your lifetime warranty — in writing, for as long as you own the vehicle.
